WHY YOUR PRESENSE IN THE EXHIBITION HALL AT AFRICACOM CAPE TOWN IS SO IMPORTANT.

The Whaam SuperTeam love working with energetic US telecommunications brand, RUCKUS through their partner, vivid global marketing. Our brief to reimagine what their face to face environments could look like and our design team accepted the mission. Taking inspiration from the industry AfricaCom Cape Town stands for, the design team created settled on a theme of geometric angles and shapes, symbolising the connections of the telecoms industry.

The clients’ primary corporate colour is bright orange, a dream for the team, because it meant the stand would already have an impressive impact on first sight, just by the way that pop of bright orange would look against the black canvas. Backlit illuminated logos to enhance the branding and 3D, chambered walls, that bring a new dimension to standard flat walling and enforced the geometric concept. Solid copper lampshades for accent lighting and offered a central focus point of sophistication on the stand.

The RUCKUS team were so impressed by the direction the Whaam team took, they will use it as their new international standard for the presentation of their brand going forward. This is an advantage most don’t even think about when considering their exhibition and marketing strategies. When you partner with a team who believes what you believe, and is passionate about breaking away from mediocrity, seeing your business through their eyes can lead to exciting changes that will really propel your brand forward not just in terms of the event but beyond that in other arenas that you operate in.
