WHAT STEPS WILL YOU TAKE ON THE PATH TO ENGAGING CUSTOM EXHIBITION BOOTHS
You have a brand identity, a message you want to shout to the people, and you know the best way to do that is with stunning custom exhibition booths. You’ve come to us, Whaam Concepts, because you know that we know how to get that message out in the most super of ways. But, how did we come to have this epic cross-over?
First, you’ll have seen our Book of Great Things – the log of our adventures, all the days we have previously saved. An Account Executive from our Sales Team will have identified your brand as a one with similar values and vision to ours, would have gotten excited about starting a relationship with you, and sent it to you. You will marvel at our professional and modern work and become excited to join the growing list of our satisfied customers. You’re intrigued to be working with us. Our first contact with you was electronic – just an introduction – now it’s time to meet face-to-face.
Whaam Concepts believes in the power of human relationships, meeting with our Super Account Executives in the flesh is of vital importance. We will need to get to know each other, get a real feel for the direction you want to take your brand in, and the language your exhibition booths need to speak – basically, we need to Strategize. We will set up a meeting with you so that all the details of your brief can be ironed out, we need to know what you want, so that we can design something that perfectly reflects who you are. We will need to get on the same page considering budget, finishes and timelines, and the best way to do that is if we are in the same room.
Now, we know which exhibition you will be attending, we know how much you want to spend, and what you want your custom booth to say, the next step – create a digital version, the Design phase! The project is handed over to the Design Department, an expert team with years of experience bringing to life exhibition booths. They will take your words, (perhaps also a few reference images) and, where there was once a blank page, they will there generate a rendering of a structure, that was literally just an idea, only weeks ago. The designs are very technical, with the specifications of dimensions, colours, and materials included in the final documents – so everyone knows exactly what the final product will need to look like.
During this part of the process, we don’t need much from you. Perhaps specifications according to your brand’s CI guide and – if needed – logos and artwork in the appropriate formats. Sit back and relax – we’ve got this.
YOUR PART IS DONE. NOW, HAND THE PROJECT TO OUR CAPABLE HANDS AND YOU WILL SOON HAVE UNIQUE EXHIBITION BOOTHS THAT WILL SURELY “WOW” ANYONE WHO SEES THEM.
When the renders are done and approved by you, our Project Management team then steps in. The project sent for costing, again just for a week or two, and the quote is sent back to you for approval. You have a stunning design, you know how much it will cost, and you have faith that we will complete it within the agreed upon timeline, with the most modern and high end finishes available to us. So, now that you are more than happy to accept the terms, you send us a purchase order. Let the Actualization of your custom exhibition booths begin!
Now, our Partner-Suppliers get involved, our project will soon be physical. With constant communication and liaison with your personal Account Executive and the Project Management team the unique exhibition booths – a picture of which did not even exist a month ago – begins to take shape. Elements of the structure begin to get build up in the factory. IF there are any road-bumps you will of course be notified WITH an accompanying solution – because that’s part of our service to you, we deal with anything that might and could go wrong on your behalf.
When the structure is ready there will be a pre-build in the factory. An opportunity to see how the exhibition booths will come together and identify any last-minute touch-ups that could have been missed. At this point we are all so excited! The project looks great! All the hiccups – if any – have been dealt with timeously and with the utmost competence.
You will be able to exhibit with peace of mind, knowing that you, as a brand, and an organization with a message, are presenting your absolute best to delegates and other exhibitors alike.
