You need to show the world that you are more than just an organisation who is simply selling something. You are a brand who has a solution for people, a way to make their lives better, and you can offer them something that no one else can.
To spread that message, to let people know who you are and what you can do for them, you need an environment that fosters connection. More than just a flashy attention grabber, you must make sure that any brand engagement opportunity that you arrange must always show your core values and give value to all who interact with it. Of course, the aesthetics will speak first, you want something that will draw people in from afar and make them curious to know more about you. When you have decided that the best way to spread your brand message is a Face-To-Face Marketing experience there is a lot to consider. These experiences come in the form of tradeshow booths, or outdoor activations so you have to decide where and when you will set up your brand engagement experience.
Of course, you must carefully consider how the structure looks – and we have a team of Super Designers who will guide you through that process as well. But after you’ve worked out the small details as well as stepped back to make sure you see the bigger picture, it’s completely acceptable to have some fun.
Including an activation in your brand engagement experience is an excellent way to show your audience just how much they mean to you. You can keep it simple but giving out free coffee (like we did with this project). You can print messages, graphics or fun facts on the cups and sleeves that really do speak to your brand identity. You can go a bit bigger by building an interactive zone right into your experience. A recent project saw a giant word search on the wall of an expo stand, the words, of course, where ones that described the core vision and values of the company, ideas that the company wanted people to know that they stand for and strive for.
The possibilities are abundant for keeping your people engaged! And don’t forget that all important human element. It’s wonderful to have a game, or competition but make sure your brand ambassadors also interact. Taking pictures, interacting and just spreading your brand message. And after a successful campaign, it’s OK to brag. Having pride in your work is a morale boost for your team and will let people know that you are secure and confident in the work that you do!
